Would you like to be part of our success? As (Junior) Information Security Manager (all genders) you will be responsible for our corporate Information Security Program, implementing sustainable InfoSec measurements.

To sustainably succeed with establishing innovative technologies within the financial domain, information security is a core pillar of our business. As (Junior) Information Security Manager (all genders) you are part of our InfoSec team, creating, implementing, reviewing, and overseeing our information security strategy as well as contributing to the overall regulatory setup of Elinvar as a BaFin regulated company.


What will keep you challenged

  • Performing risk assessments, security incident analysis and tracking of security projects
  • Drive and steer Elinvar‘s information security program and ISMS based on tracked and measured KPIs as well as external regulatory updates and keeping policies and procedures up to date
  • Working closely with colleagues from compliance and risk management to ensure information security meets internal and external requirements
  • Facilitate awareness for information security throughout the company, by providing security training and collaborating with all teams at Elinvar for information security matters
  • Understanding and analysis of current information security threats
  • Keeping yourself up to date about relevant regulatory updates (EBA GL, BAIT, MaRisk, GDPR) training and industry standards (e.g., ISO 270xx, CSA CCM, BSI C5, SOC2)

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Great interest in information security topics with a good understanding of tech topics (e.g., cloud computing, cloud architecture)
  • Enjoy being a team player, a coordinator, and a problem-solver
  • At least two years of work experience in the field of Information Security
  • Have excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Experience with cloud technology (e.g. AWS, MS Azure, Google cloud) is a plus
  • Experience within the financial industry and with Information Security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR) are a plus
  • Experience in auditing InfoSec topics (external or internal) is a plus
